The study evaluates the usability and effectiveness of telehealth services among healthcare providers in Karachi, Pakistan post-COVID-19, focusing on the Sehat Kahani platform with data from 388 healthcare professionals. The average TUQ score was 5.73 (± 0.4), reflecting a favorable view of telehealth with challenges that included inadequate internet
access (92%), limited financial resources (54%), legal issues (49%), and limitations in the treatment of specific diseases (78%).
