ConV2X 2025 is the leading international health tech symposium that drives real-world evidence, business strategy, research, operations, and trends to create a blueprint
for a new health era.
The two-day event will feature a robust program including research presentations alongside business and industry talks.

The 2025 ConV2X Scientific Committee invites multidisciplinary researchers, engineers, technologists,
developers, analysts, healthcare leaders, and innovators to submit original research, concepts/methodologies, case studies, pilot implementations, reviews, technical briefs, and short reports. Contributions should explore a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to:
- AI, LLMs, Agentic AI
- Gaps and transformations in healthcare
- Digital health and data
- Efficiency and cost
- Supporting staff
- Outcomes
- Interoperability
- Chronic condition management
- Identity and security
- All other
Notes:
- Event Registration fees will be reduced by 25%.
- Your video and paper will be published in the THMT December Issue at no additional cost.
- Papers will undergo THMT peer review as per journal policy and procedure here.

Fees
If the paper is accepted, at least one author must register for the conference. The conference registration fee will
be reduced 25%. You are encouraged to add a video presentation alongside accepted papers. All accepted papers will be published in the Telehealth and Medicine Today (THMT) at no additional cost in the December 2025 issue.
Papers will undergo THMT peer review as per journal policy and
procedures. The journal is a leading international open-access peer-reviewed journal explores the latest research, innovations, and applications in telemedicine, telehealth, and digital health disciplines.
