Waqas Ahmed, MD, FACP, Founder & CEO American TelePhysicians, is a nephrologist and international speaker on digital health and telemedicine. He has been named among the Top 20 CEOs of Telemedicine companies. Dr. Ahmed has the honor of being invited by the United Nations to a high-level annual meeting on Universal Healthcare at UN Headquarters and by the World Bank/IFC as a think tank team member on digital healthcare initiatives. He has been a member of the advocacy committee for telemedicine legislation policies at US Capitol Hill. He has hosted multiple events at United Nations forums on Digital Healthcare & Telemedicine and consultant for WHO UNICEF global report on Assistive technology. Dr. Ahmed serves on the Board of Directors at University of North Florida’s Health Administration College as well as LSF Health Systems. 

Sarah Bell, MSN, MHA, RN is a nurse leader and digital health innovator with 20 years of nursing experience, including over a decade leading the transformation of how care teams deliver care. She led virtual care programs at Mayo Clinic and now serves as Chief Clinical Officer at OutcomesAI, where she helps design AI-powered tools that offload nurses, automate documentation, and deliver real-time clinical insight. Her work has been widely published and contributed to scalable, tech-enabled care models across diverse settings.

Sarah Harper, MA, MBA drives digital transformation across the healthcare ecosystem and beyond. With deep expertise engaging with learners of all ages and levels, she blends clinical insight, systems thinking, and user-centered design to turn bold ideas into practical, equitable solutions. Dedicated to helping others, Sarah makes digital care smarter—and more human. Sarah leads AI, Analytics, and Automation initiatives at Mayo Clinic Health System,  and holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration. She's the co-host of Tech It to the Limit⁠, a podcast blending wit and wisdom to explore digital health’s messiest challenges. Sarah also serves as an Advisor to Mayo Clinic Platform⁠, supporting solution developers and health systems in tech implementation and evaluation.
