Modeling the Drivers of Blockchain-Based AI Adoption to Improve Financial
Transparency in Health Insurance Organizations
DOI: https://doi.org/10.30953/bhty.v8.427
This study investigates the organizational and environmental
factors driving the adoption of blockchain-based artificial intelligence (AI) systems designed to enhance financial transparency in health insurance organizations. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) with data from 272 industry professionals, the authors analyze how elements such as technological readiness, leadership support, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability interact to shape adoption outcomes.
Results show that
internal factors—notably executive commitment, employee training, and robust digital infrastructure—play a more decisive role than external pressures like market competition or regulation. The research also finds that financial transparency serves both as a key result and a mediating influence that strengthens organizational trust in technology adoption.
This work provides valuable guidance for health insurance executives,
digital transformation leaders, and policymakers aiming to foster ethical, efficient, and transparent implementation of AI and blockchain technologies in healthcare finance.
