Day 0 — Pre-Conference Executive Workshops - September 23
A full day of applied, hands-on workshops focused on building and governing decentralized health systems, including:
- AI + blockchain health platform architecture (FHIR, SMART on FHIR, agent orchestration)
- Privacy-by-design and cybersecurity frameworks for health systems
- Generative and agentic AI for clinical trials and decentralized recruitment
- US vs EU regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, EU AI Act,
FDA guidance)
Day 1 — Foundations of the New Health Stack -September 24
Focused on infrastructure, platform design, and deployment of decentralized systems in production environments:
- Multi-agent AI systems and decentralized health ecosystems
- Scalable platform architecture for healthcare deployment
- Privacy-by-design and cybersecurity in production systems
- Digital assets, identity, and health data monetization frameworks
- AI and blockchain deployments across hospitals, insurers, and public health systems
- Regulatory divergence shaping global innovation strategy
An evening networking reception will be held at The Foundry in Cambridge.
Day 2 — Clinical Innovation, Ethics & Impact -September 25
Dedicated to clinical transformation, life
sciences innovation, and applied AI systems:
- Generative AI in clinical trials and recruitment
- Predictive AI for clinical research and real-world evidence
- Blockchain applications in pharmaceutical and clinical data integrity
- Case studies in AI-enabled care
delivery transformation
- Ethical AI governance, bias mitigation, and accountability frameworks
- Advanced security models including zero-knowledge proofs and fraud prevention
The program concludes with a closing plenary on scaling decentralized health systems globally.
